At 1st Osterley we want every young person to be able to participate in the programme as fully as they are able. As a group, we are constantly challenging ourselves to reduce barriers being involved, whether due to disability, SEN, family circumstances, or finances. This applies to both young people and adult volunteers. You can read more about the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Policy here.
For families who are struggling financially, our inclusion policy outlines the financial support available. This policy is designed to help in a sustainable way as possible based on limited funding. Any requests for financial assistance will be treated in confidence and only known by the Group Leader Volunteer and the Section Team Leader where the young person is based. Please find the full policy below, along with an application form.
