Family Festival is coming back! On 18th September 2026 we will be returning to the beautiful surrounds of Boidier Hurst Scout Campsite for a weekend of fun and excitement.
This year, Its a Knockout will be making a return on the Saturday morning by popular demand! Building on the success of last year the free-flowing and relaxed programme will return in the afternoon, and in the evening you will be able to dance and sing your hearts out in the silent disco or enjoy a drink in the Tispy Woggle. We look forward to seeing you there!
Tickets are limited to 160 people, so get your ticket early to avoid disappointment. Tickets must be booked by 7th June.
You will need your own tent. If you do not own one then the group has some they can rent out for a small fee and a refundable deposit.
All adults will require a DBS check through the scouts, you will be contacted if you haven’t already got one. Please try and complete the forms promptly.

Tickets
Tickets include: Camping for the weekend, all food and activities. A reusable pint glass and a camp t-shirt.

Ticket Terms and Conditions
At least one member of your party must be a member of 1st Osterley Scout Group in order to purchase.
You are responsible for all under-18s in your group for the duration of the camp, they are not able to attend alone.
Refunds are processed on a case by case basis. We have to pay out many of the costs in advance of the event and therefore may not be able to refund the whole cost.

Additional Items
Bell Tent Sizes: 4m – Suitable for a family of 4, 5m – Suitable for a family of 6.
Other Tent Sizes: The number of people is the official capacity, they will fit this number but may be tight with all adults/teenagers.

Additional Items Terms and Conditions
Rent-A-Tent: We are asking for a £50 refundable deposit this year, unfortunately several of the tents camp back damp or damaged last time and it took the leaders a considerable amount of time to repair and clean them. The deposit will be returned when the tent is returned clean and dry on a set date provided closer to the time.
More tents may be made available in the future.
Merchandise: If you have made a mistake please contact andrew@1stosterley.org.uk as soon as possible. It will not be possible to order additional merch after 7th June. There may be a few items such as cups, glasses and mugs available during the weekend.
